We are not a contractor and we do not perform, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any work. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. We may receive a referral fee when you connect with a service provider.
No guarantee of work or pricing
Quotes provided by contractors are their own. We do not set prices and do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, timing, or outcome of any contractor’s work. You are responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring, including confirming licensing, insurance, and references.
Using the service
- You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes.
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.
- You understand that by submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by matched contractors and by HomeMatchr regarding your request.
No-obligation for homeowners
Requesting quotes is no-obligation for homeowners. You are never required to hire any contractor.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeMatchr is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction, agreement, or work involving a contractor found through the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
