Use this page to submit a request to be removed from our contact lists or to exercise your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We respect your privacy and will process your request in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Your privacy choices
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, among others), you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
What “sharing” means here
When you submit a request, we share your project details with our fulfilment partners and a limited number of independent contractors so they can provide quotes. Because we receive compensation for these referrals, under some state laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising or lead generation purposes.
How to submit a request
Email partnerships@tryhomematchr.com and state which of the following you are requesting:
- Do Not Contact — remove me from all marketing and promotional contact lists;
- Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information — opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information with third parties;
- Both — remove me from contact lists and opt out of the sale or sharing of my information;
- Delete My Personal Information — request deletion of my personal information from your records;
- Request Access — request a copy of the personal information you have collected about me;
- Correct My Information — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
To help us find your records, please include:
- Your first and last name;
- The email address you used on our Site;
- The phone number you used, if you want to be removed from phone contact lists;
- Your state of residence;
- Any other detail that helps identify your request.
By submitting a request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are the individual — or an authorized agent acting on their behalf — whose personal information is the subject of the request. If you are an authorized agent, please say so and include proof of your authority to act.

- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message;
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law;
- Cookies: manage your preferences through the cookie tool on this Site or your browser settings — see our Cookie Policy.
How we handle your request
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and may ask for additional information for that purpose. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days as required by applicable privacy laws, and may extend that period where the law allows, in which case we will let you know.
Please note:
- We may not be able to delete information where we have a legal obligation or another legitimate basis to retain it;
- Information already shared with fulfilment partners or contractors before your request is subject to their own privacy policies — you may need to contact them directly;
- Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages about an existing request or as required by law;
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
